Redundant organs of special historic importance notified to BIOS

Note that this BIOS Redundancy list is now reserved for instruments of special historic importance,
and will in future carry more details of their technical and musical worth. The intention is also to
provide regular progress reports on the fate of these instruments.

Redundancies generally should be notified for inclusion to the Institute of British Organ Building  for the inclusion on its webpages devoted to a searchable database of organs known to be available for transfer (or follow the hotlink from “Services” on the IBO home page).

NOTES: The instrument is in a chancel organ chamber. The church is now redundant.

Left hand jamb:

Coupler (not working, function unknown.)

Stopped Diapason and Open Diapason (TC)

Righthand jamb:

15th, 12th (TC), Principal

Two composition pedals

Mechanical blowing in place, but pumping handle missing.  Also electric blower.

Case in pine and some mahogany.

Said to be a charming organ with pretty appearance.

Keyboard in excellent condition – may not be original.
